"Baofeng"® is a legal trademark owned by Fujian Nan'an Baofeng Technology(hereinafter referred to as Fujian Baofeng) in all global countries protected by local patent laws. Fujian Baofeng is the original and the only manufacturer of all series of Two Way Radios branded in "Baofeng"®.

During the past 15 years, we're excited to see that "Baofeng"® products and the brand have gained lots of trust and affection from global radio consumers thanks to our competitive cost and high quality, and that is the greatest momentum for our ongoing research and investment in the radio industry.

It comes to our attention that recently some other websites used "baofeng" in their domains, and we received many customer inquiries about the authenticity of those websites. Here we're publishing this statement to clarify:

2.       All other websites or companies whose name including 'baofeng' is NOT authorized by Fujian Baofeng, and we the manufacturer will take NO responsibility for any info provided from those websites or the companies behind them

3.       Although some of the actual controller behind those websites are indeed Fujian Baofeng's distributors so far as we know, we reserve our rights to demand them "cease and desist" of any infringement or misuse of "Baofeng"® trademark, including but not limited to names containing "Baofeng" in Website Domain, Online Marketplace Store, Package Box etc.
